  • 200g Pasta of your choice
  • 400g Butternut
  • 1handful spinach
  • 2cil. Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1clove Garlic
  • 1hazelnut Butter
  • salt
  • pepper


1 Peel the piece of butternut, rinse it and cut it into cubes. Wash the spinach carefully and wring out.

2 Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the diced butternut and cook for about 15 min, stirring regularly. Set aside.

3 Heat the butter in the pan and drop the spinach. Add the diced butternut, salt, pepper, and mix.

4 Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package. Drain and pour the pasta into the skillet. Salt, pepper, mix and serve immediately.
